Parish Retreat
In past years, St. Paul’s had developed a tradition of a September retreat, as a way of gathering together and discerning anew our common purpose as a parish. This year, we are reviving this tradition. The retreat will take place at Camp Bishopswood in Hope, near Camden, from Friday, September 7 to Sunday, September 9. Our theme is “Trusting God in Transitions,” with offerings that run the gamut from the serious and contemplative to the active and fun. In addition to several musical Taizé services, there will be opportunities for Bible study, prayer, guided discussions, writing, art, yoga, swimming, games and more. All we need is YOU! Our hope is that this will be an intergenerational event, and we strongly encourage young families and retirees alike to join us. Registration forms are available on-line or at the church; the cost per person is $50 for the weekend and $30 for Saturday only. Financial assistance is available. The draft schedule is below; for more information, and to register, please click on Parish Retreat.
