Prayer for Indigenous Peoples’ Day
Creator God, We praise you for the diversity all around us; thank you for the gift of relationships; our connection with you and with people, animals, and the land. Be present with us and guide us in opening our eyes to see and our ears to learn from those who are different from us and from the creation around us. Send us out into the world in wonder and anticipation, to love as you love and to seek peace, justice and reconciliation among all peoples; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
